Labyrinth Walking
Retreat or Workshop
A labyrinth,
dating back 3000 to 4000 years, is a single walking path that
leads to the center in a spiraling, circling pattern.
It is used as a
walking meditation for deepening spirituality and enhancing
one's psychological growth.
Workshops
and classes
include:
- An initial presentation on the history and significance
of the Labyrinth
- Guidelines for
consciously walking the Labyrinth
are given
- Time for personal reflection and group
sharing is provided.
Julie has
personally had profound experiences walking the labyrinth and
has seen the tremendous value that this spiritual tool has for
others.
Workshops
and classes are usually held at
the Jesuit Spiritual Center labyrinth in the greater
Cincinnati area (Milford, OH).
